Welcome to CCATCCAT is a grassroots community based-center. It’s the only of its kind in the valley offering free classes for children, youth, and adults in Digital Media & the Performing Arts. Please come and visit our facility and you will be amazed of the efforts made by community individuals. This center is supported by individuals and community groups.

Our home
Our facility is located in downtown Fresno where we have specialized rooms and equipment for all of our activities including; video editing and live-streaming bay, audio recording & podcasting room, guitar class room, multi-purpose room (for; piano, green screen recording, theatre practice, computer lab) dance & gym area, library, reception and break room.

Learn By Doing
Our motto is “learn by doing” therefore we provide all our students with all the equipment and instruments necessary to learn with a hands-on approach. Whether it’s a piano, a camera or computer, we have them covered!
Our students consist of children 8-13, young adults & adults.
So, there’s a class for everyone!

Our Principal & Instructor
” Community Center for the Arts & Technology (CCAT) opened its doors in January 2012 for the sole purpose of providing a place to explore artistic talents, to cultivate character and leadership traits and to strengthen family values for youth and adults alike.
This learning center offers classes in performing arts and digital media arts; such as Television and Radio Production & Broadcasting, Sound Engineering, Lighting, Digital Photography, Graphic Design, Web Development, Folkloric dance, Hip Hop, Theater, Piano, Guitar and many more. These classes are provided FREE of charge to children 4 to 15 yrs. old.
This program is supported by community-based organizations and individuals like you, so we hope you can visit us, so you can too be amazed at the wonderful things we do here.”

This is a play produced by members of CCAT (Community Center for the Arts & Technology) with the purpose of making our community aware of the events that occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic. The stories reflected in this production are based on real events.
